    DOMESTIC ORDERS
    Ordenes are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. DREME will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. Ordenes placed Monday – Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 4 business days.
    Ordenes placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. DREME does not process or ship Orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:
    • New Years Eve | New Years Day| Martin Luther King Jr. Day| Presidents Day Memorial Day| Independence Day| July 5th Day after Independence Day| Labor Day| Thanksgiving Day |Day after Thanksgiving | Christmas Eve | Christmas Day Orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days after goods leave our shipping facility. Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.
    All Orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the shipper. Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at contact@dremeco.co as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility.
    Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. We do not currently offer Saturday shipping. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. At the present time, DREME is not able to offer shipping to PO BOXES, APOS and FPOS. RISK OF LOSS The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. The risk of loss and title of Gift Cards and e–Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Ordenes can take between 7-14 Business Days, if item is a pre-order product it will take the time Fram of the pre-order items plus the delivery time.

    PRE-ORDER ITEMS
    Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only. Goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production normal timing for pre-order items is 2 to 3 weeks.

    ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
    Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust any details. Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your current order so that a new order can be placed.     RETURNS – SALES – SAMPLES SALES & ECHANGES:
    In the case of wanting to return an item, it is your responsibility to do so. Please note that any discounted or sample items are not refundable and not exchangeable unless product wasn’t delivered in perfect conditions. If the product was not delivered in perfect conditions you have one week on an exchange for the same product or credit note policy only.
    Any other product purchase on our store has a fourteen day period return policy, commencing the date of your reception. If we receive a return out of this time frame, please note that we will only be able to issue a credit note and not a refund. For further details on our returns policy please read this page:
    Any item at DREME that you are not completely satisfied with we guarantee to refund when you return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days from dispatch, returned parcels are refunded within 14 days of receipt. Bogotá, Colombia All returns must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer as we do not provide free returns.
    The returned item(s) must meet the following conditions: – The item(s) must be in re-saleable condition – All tags and packaging must be present and visible – Product must not have been used or with any fragrance odor. Sale/discount items are exchange only for size problems and for the same product, alternatively if the size requested is not available the balance will be placed on to a credit note, please specify on your return paperwork( included in your order)

    EXCHANGES:
    Orders can be exchanged after having fulfilled the return slip with the size exchange/ product exchange information. All exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge.
